You just have to LET GO of EVERYTHING holding you back.....
Dancing is one of my PASSIONS....it truly makes my heart sing!
For me personally, what held me back for so long was my "fear of judgement" from other people....and in order to FACE this FEAR head on,
I decided to post a video of myself on YouTube dancing freely without holding anything back......
WOW, it was such a LIBERATING experience....
it's truly AMAZING how far you go when you learn to just be YOURSELF without worrying about what other people think.....
