Hmmmm....I think my buddy, Seth has a point!

Are we REALLY living our "dream life" or are we settling for what seems "comfortable" even though we know in our heart of hearts it's "unhealthy" for our Well-Being?

Are you willing to give it a shot, at least?

You could always go back to what you are doing now.

Otherwise, you are going to MISS out on the LIFE you truly DESERVE!

Awhile back I read a book called "Man's Search for Meaning" ( I highly recommend it!), shows the beauty of man's SPIRIT to override any circumstance....the key: MINDSET!...I like to call it the GRATITUDE ATTITUDE.....if we choose to APPRECIATE all the BLESSINGS that surround us everyday our whole Life begins to BLOSSOM & the BLESSINGS begin to multiply :)

Upon waking every morning, I rattle off 10 things I am grateful for (makes me smile).....ever since I began this, my ENTIRE life has changed....give it a shot! You might be surprised at all the MAGIC you begin to call forth into your life :0)

Somewhere along the way, perhaps my teenage years....I lost my connection with animals.....probably due to the pressures of  "growing up"..... little did I know that I was missing out on a BEAUTIFUL GIFT....recently, I have begun to rekindle my connection....Mikey (my backyard turtle) has been doing a wonderful job at helping me rediscover this lost TREASURE!

DREAMS do come true!

Dancing is one of my PASSIONS....it truly makes my heart sing!

For me personally, what held me back for so long was my "fear of judgement" from other people....and in order to FACE this FEAR head on,
I decided to post a video of myself on YouTube dancing freely without holding anything back......

WOW, it was such a LIBERATING experience....

it's truly AMAZING how far you go when you learn to just be YOURSELF without worrying about what other people think.....

Yes, I am addicted....to painting....growing up, I admit that I was a bit of a perfectionist so I was unable to truly allow my creative juices to flow.....but ever since I began again with a  NEW PERSPECTIVE

NEW PERSPECTIVE:
1. don't give a flying monkey what ANYBODY thinks
2. what is "perfect" anyway?
3. Why do I want to be "normal"? I can't help the fact that I am DIFFERENT and frankly, I kinda like it ;)

Just reached the SUMMIT!!!

When I first started (10 years ago), not gonna lie.... it was drudgery!

But little did I realize the multitude of lessons I would learn as I began to embrace the CHALLENGE!

It is now apart of my daily routine and would HIGHLY recommend it to anybody who wants to cultivate a beautiful sense of WELL-BEING (physical, emotional, spiritual balance)
