How TRUE is thiS? I like to think of myself like the Ocean, consistently ebbing & flowing. Extending out and then drawing back inward. In order to Be the best ME that I can Be, it's ESsEntiaL that I create "space" for myself to go withIN because that is where all the GROWTH takes place. If I wish to continually evolve and in turn, create a ripple effect "out there"....then it is VITAL that I reserve this Sweet Sacred Space of mine.
People often spend their time/energy helping others in an attempt to "save" the world, but given that the only thing we ever have control over is ourselves, it seems pretty logical that by developing oneself....you actually make a much more profound difference due to the Energy exchange that occurs between YOU & everyone you come in contact with ;)
So how can YOU carve in a little extra time into your life to get in touch with your Higher Self?
