How TRUE is thiS? I like to think of myself like the Ocean, consistently ebbing & flowing. Extending out and then drawing back inward. In order to Be the best ME that I can Be, it's ESsEntiaL that I create "space" for myself to go withIN because that is where all the GROWTH takes place. If I wish to continually evolve and in turn, create a ripple effect "out there"....then it is VITAL that I reserve this Sweet Sacred Space of mine.

People often spend their time/energy helping others in an attempt to "save" the world, but given that the only thing we ever have control over is ourselves, it seems pretty logical that by developing oneself....you actually make a much more profound difference due to the Energy exchange that occurs between YOU & everyone you come in contact with ;)

So how can YOU carve in a little extra time into your life to get in touch with your Higher Self?

FACE it head on.....

Then and Only then can we truly begin to HeaL as we shed LighT on what we perceive as "darkness".....

Leading to the dropping of an Ego- Driven life of fear and search for gratification in the external,
To a life of Spirit wherein we follow the very impulSes of our BeauTifuL SouL....
Unleashing our infinite PotenTiaL,
Once again, in harMony with our True natuRe.....

With compaSsioN & understanDinG towards the "dark" aspects of our WhoLe self....we caN learn to LoVe ourselVes once again....and ultimately, change the WorLd.......from a place of FeaR & destruction to a BeauTifuL HaveN of LoVe, HeaLth, HappineSs, BliSs & HarMoNy <3

Do we ever stop to consider that we were born on this planet for a reason?    
Maybe, just MAYBE the natural world has something to teach us..:...I don't know about you but thus far, in my journey.....the materialistic, consumer-driven society we live in doesn't seem to be making people any Healthier or Happier.....& personally....after 3 years of delving deeper and deeper into Nature.....Jack JohnSon'S lyrics prove to be ever SO true!
    So, why not give it a shot?

As you know, I'm a total NatuRe GirL!
& some of the MoSt BeauTiFul things I have EvER laid eyes upon have been out in Nature.

Nature is SimPle, yet ever SO beauTiFuL!
